Marsa Alam is well equipped to support water sports activities, with access to medical facilities, emergency services, and healthcare professionals experienced in treating diving-related injuries. In the unlikely event of a diving emergency, assistance can be arranged quickly, and hyperbaric chamber facilities are accessible when required. Your safety is always our highest priority.

No, unless you know that you have a medical condition that could prevent you from scuba diving or freediving. Before starting your course with us, you'll sign a medical statement. If you answer "yes" to any relevant medical condition, we'll refer you to the diving doctor at the Decompression Chamber in Dahab, who will evaluate whether you can freedive. Unless you have a serious condition, none of this will be necessary.

No, you don't need to start from the beginning. For most training agencies, we have a direct crossover, meaning you can move straight to the next step. For smaller or unrecognised training agencies, we require at least one evaluation day to check your level first.

Yes, we require a deposit of 30% on all bookings. Our company is registered in Egypt and does not have a European bank account, so deposit payments are made via Wise. For the remaining balance, please carry enough cash in EUR, GBP, or USD.
